What is included when I adopt a puppy from Judy’s Puppies?

Every puppy goes home with a licensed veterinarian Health Check Certificate, current vaccinations, and worming treatments as recommended by our vet.
Puppies are raised in our loving home, are well socialized, and have **starter potty training** before they leave for their new families.

Where are you located and do you offer shipping?

We are located in San Ramon, in the San Francisco Bay Area of Northern California.
For the safety and well-being of our puppies, we typically require in-person pickup. This lets us meet you, answer questions, and make sure your puppy has a calm, safe transition home.

How do I reserve a Maltipoo puppy?

To reserve a puppy, simply call or text Judy at 925-216-1799.
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot. Puppies are placed on a first-come, first-served basis for approved families.

Are your puppies purebred Maltipoos?

Our puppies come from established Maltipoo lines and are considered **full-breed Maltipoos**.
Please note that DNA tests may show multiple breed percentages from earlier generations. This is normal and does not change your puppy’s quality, temperament, or how they are raised and loved.

What is your refund or return policy?

All puppies are non-refundable once payment is made.
If your licensed veterinarian finds a life-threatening medical condition during the initial exam, the purchase price will be refunded in full and the puppy must be returned to us before a refund can be issued.

What age can puppies go to their new homes?

Most puppies are ready to go to their new homes between 8–10 weeks of age, depending on their individual development and vet clearance.

Are your puppies good with children and other pets?

Maltipoos are known for being gentle, affectionate, and playful. They can do wonderfully with children, seniors, and other pets when properly introduced and supervised.

What should I bring when I pick up my puppy?

We recommend bringing:
• A small crate or soft carrier
• A blanket or towel
• A small bowl and water for the ride home
• Puppy pads and a few treats
We’ll also go over feeding, potty training, and first-week tips before you leave.
